1. Contact your health insurance provider and ask for mental health resources. Even if it is not covered under an insurance plan, some counseling centers offer discounted rates. 

2. If you are an employee of an organization, many companies offer Employee Assistance Programs, and some offer free counseling services. Check with an HR representative for yourself or a family member.
